By seeking ways to pre-fabricate and pre-assemble piping, and equipment to reach the job site on time and optimize on-site field installation.

Also, led the company through strategic and economic challenges, including Service Operations sales.

From design and estimating to budgeting, scheduling, and safety. Steve’s role is to oversee every detail of a project while delivering ultimate customer service to match a high-quality installation. Ultimately responsible to two bosses, the contractor, and the owner company, delivering exceptional process piping, plumbing, sheet metal, refrigeration, and HVAC systems to customers.
